What is the child ticketing policy?
A child ticket is available for children aged between 3 and 11 years. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged 2 years and under may travel free of charge. Strollers and pushchairs must be folded and stowed on the lower deck.
Is there a commentary available in my language?
The Big Bus Dubai sightseeing tour offers entertaining and informative pre-recorded commentary in 12 languages: English, Arabic, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Hindi, Farsi, Japanese, Brazilian Portuguese & Mandarin Chinese. The commentary is broadcast via complimentary earphones that you will receive when you board the bus.

I have a short stopover in Dubai. Can I join the tour from the airport?
Yes. The nearest stop to Dubai International Airport is Dubai Creek – Red Route, Stop 7. It’s a short taxi ride from the airport and a convenient starting point for the tour.
Transfers between Dubai and Abu Dhabi
Your included return transfers between Dubai and Abu Dhabi operate on Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Dubai to Abu Dhabi transfer departs at 8.00am from the Dubai Mall
Return transfers from Abu Dhabi to Dubai depart at 4pm from the Abu Dhabi Mall.
